ROLE DESCRIPTION:

In this role, you'll help our customers with their everyday insurance needs, answer questions, resolve concerns, and identify opportunities where we can provide additional assistance.
Insurance experience is a plus, but it's not required! We're happy to provide training and pay for the licensing needed to help the right person succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in both English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
- Assist existing customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage inquiries, and other service needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure customers receive timely, knowledgeable assistance.
- Recognize opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial services needs and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative office environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required) — comfortable communicating with customers in both languages.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, patient, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable multitasking and working in a busy office environment.
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and work as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Insurance experience and a California Property & Casualty license are a plus but not required. We provide training and pay for required licensing.
- Must be available to work full-time, in person, at our Visalia office.
